Do the products already come fully assembled?
Python Clamps are shipped semi- assembled. Light assembly like inserting screws will be required. Wrecking Ball and JackHammer require assembly to configure for personal use.

How long does it typically take to get my product by mail?
Unless the item is on Pre-order, most products take 7-10 business days to be processed, assembled, and shipped. It then takes 2-4 business days to be delivered.

How do I use my device? Are there instructions?
Yes, each device has its own instructions page. You can find this instruction page in the menu, under the product description. The instruction page has written instructions with videos.

Do the devices fit most sizes, or do I need to order a specific size?
The Python comes in two sizes, which fits 99% of men:
The Python A fits 3.5 inch (76.2MM) to 5.5 inch. Python B fits 5.5 to 7.5 inch (177.8MM) erect circumferences.

JackHammer fits maximum 4.75-inch erect girth.
